What changes after surgery and therapy

These images show real children who received care through Chaitanya Vikas Foundation. The change you see is the result of corrective surgery followed by structured physiotherapy — care most of these families could not have afforded on their own.

Free camps across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Our camps bring doctors, physiotherapists and volunteers directly to districts where families have no access to specialist care. For many families, this is the first time they receive a clear diagnosis and a path forward.

Beyond the clinic

A child's recovery depends on what the family understands and what they can do at home. We work closely with families — not just children.

Emotional support

Many parents arrive overwhelmed and uninformed. We provide counselling, honest information, and a community of families on the same journey.

Parent training

We teach parents the daily physiotherapy exercises their child needs. A trained parent is the most effective therapist a child can have.

Callipers & mobility aids

Where needed, we provide callipers, walking aids, and mobility equipment at no cost — often the difference between a mobile child and one confined at home.
